Tai Chi in the Workplace

Tai Chi is a gentle form of movement utilizing every part of the body coordinated in natural and slow rhythm of motion. The body moving in harmony with abundance of energy while keeping the mind alert and at peace.

Tai Chi is an exercise program consisting of gentle movements. The slow fluid movements increase muscular strength and protect joints. By practicing, the gentle stretches and fluid motions individuals will gain a valuable tool to help relieve pain while improving strength, range of motion and flexibility

Tai Chi is an excellent start for individuals who need to become more active. . These gentle exercises are safe in a wide range of conditions and abilities and may be used along with other therapies and treatments.
